Cave Spring Vineyard is the combination of Cave Spring Estate and Cave Spring Cellars, the creators of wines using the world’s noblest grape varieties – vitis vinifera. Under the guidance of grape grower Leonard Pennachetti and winemaker Angelo Pavan, Cave Spring continues the Old World traditions at its 15-km shelf of the Niagara Escarpment, where it is one of the oldest vinifera plantings.

Chateau des Charmes harmonizes the science and art of winemaking on acres of land in the Niagara Peninsula, its location chosen specifically to bring Paul Bosc’s heritage of fine winemaking from the vineyards of French Algeria to his new home in Canada.
